1. Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy for products purchased directly from USBGpib.com or on a purchase order directly with Binho LLC.
If you purchased through Amazon, Digi-Key, or another third-party channel, their return policy applies — contact that retailer directly for returns.
2. Warranty
USBGpib V2 carries a 2-year warranty. This applies regardless of where you purchased it. Warranty support is handled directly by us — you do not need to go back to the retailer, and you do not need the original receipt. If you're not sure whether your situation is covered, reach out anyway.
