USBGpib V2 is sold exclusively through authorized retailers. Returns are handled by the retailer you purchased from — please contact them directly.

If you are experiencing an issue with your unit, please reach out to us before initiating a return — we will do everything we can to resolve it.

2. Warranty

We offer a 365-day manufacturer warranty on USBGpib products. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
